Medicine as the science of complex systems.

Oncology, neurorehabilitation and physiological stability: mathematical models, hypotheses and clearly stated limits to the evidence.

Research programme

From biological data to testable hypotheses

IRSFP develops interdisciplinary concepts at the intersection of mathematical modelling and medicine. Manuscripts and retrospective computations do not replace prospective clinical validation.

Research hypothesis · oncology

OSD and tumour systems biology

OSD models biological modules of inflammation, hypoxia, fibrosis and tissue organisation. Retrospective analyses examine their associations with clinical outcomes and propose future experiments.

PSI–NeuroCodec and motor function

The model describes possible interactions among electrical stimulation, voluntary intent, sensory feedback and plasticity after spinal cord injury. It does not establish anatomical regeneration or clinical efficacy.

Physiological stability and time series

PSI examines hypothetical changes in the body's dynamic stability using time series and signal interactions. Clinical utility requires independent validation.

Scientific responsibility

A hypothesis is not a therapy

This is not medical advice, diagnosis or an offer of a clinically validated treatment.

Verifiability

We distinguish retrospective dataset analysis, computer simulations, and clinical or experimental validation.

Collaboration

Expert consultation and independent model validation with academic and clinical institutions.
